The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen in Empired’s busy Service Desk environment, based in Perth CBD.  As a Service Desk Engineer, you will act as the customer's single point of contact and your primary responsibility will be to log and resolve all IT incidents in accordance with customers SLA's. 

While working on a casual roster you will:
• Provide first and second level call and email resolution support.
• Be available on an on-call basis to assist with busy periods.
• Assist customers with issues relating to our supported software and IT platforms.
• Answer Service Desk phones in a courteous and professional manner.
• Follow documented procedures for the resolution and escalation of all incidents.

We have 2x casual positions available with varying time slots:
• Monday & Tuesday + additional days as required - Whole day 
• Ad hoc rotating hours working on a casual roster

The Experience:

• 2+ years in a similar IT Support role
• Experience in a high volume customer service center (telephone and email resolution)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office products and related technology (be able to assist end users)
• Some technical knowledge is desirable but not essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer focused
