A consulting service is provided to support customers from concept, through design and planning all the way to finish. About the Role
This role will see you utilising your proven Sage X3 experience to support the integration and maintenance of the new ERP system. You will be a fast learner and be able to work autonomously. 
 
Key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and overseeing data: product, supplier etc.
• Overseeing new users and be first level support for all staff
• Advising on efficient processes
• Provide training updates as needed
• Management reporting including costing, sales, finance as required
• Ability to learn new skills quickly
• Translate technical language to end-users
  

To be successful for this role you must have the following:

• A minimum of 2 years proven Sage X3 experience or other ERP
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work within a conservative business culture
• A commitment to continuous improvement
• Accountable and able to work autonomously
• Excellent communication skills
