Due to growth, we're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to undertake an end to end role that includes:

 

  • Identifying key users and stakeholders;
  • Developing functional requirements;
  • Overseeing end user testing frameworks;
  • Implementation & post-implementation;
  • Project management duties.
     

What will you be doing?

  • Working closely with key stakeholders, end users and engineers to translate business needs into tangible and practical solutions
  • Engaging users in testing – implementing change with a detailed view
  • Demonstrating proven analytical skills with a 'can do' attitude – we're looking for someone who can propose, document and deliver.

 

Your skills, attributes & experience:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role working in a fast-paced, rapid growth sales environment
  • Proven credit decisioning experience within an Australian Financial Institution
  • Demonstrated experience within mortgages and deal structuring
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management frameworks (AGILE preferred)
  • Proven understanding of how mortgage origination works
  • High levels of commercial acumen, communication skills & proactive in identifying areas for improvement
  • Driven & motivated, with the ability to inform & influence stakeholders at all levels 
  • High degree of technical experience using CRM systems (Salesforce highly preferred)
  • Advanced Excel.

To be considered you'll need experience in implementing new systems. You'll be a team worker who enjoys working in a nimble, smaller project team that is very delivery focused. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.
