We are currently looking for a Program Coordinator to work across a large and global HR system roll out
Essential skills to be successful are:
- Experience as a Program Coordinator
- Extensive experience in the following areas;
- Reporting – program status, dashboards, financial reporting
- Project actions – taking, tracking and following up all program actions
- Financials – management of financial information across the program
- Governance – quality assurance of project methodology and templates Issue & Risk Management – tracking and linking across the program
- Executive support – support to the Program Director
- Knowledge of Sharepoint highly desirable
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
- Great work ethic and a ‘can do’ attitude
