Our client is looking for a senior business analysis to:

• Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to identify current state processes and develop improvements.
• Evaluate process improvements options to identify those that needs to be implemented.
• Identify challenges to improvement initiatives and develop approaches for their resolution.
• Identify optimal designs and approaches to implementation from trade-offs of a range of different requirements and influencing factors.
• Production of papers, process maps and other documentation that clearly present complex issues and set out convincing rationale for the approval of recommended actions.

 
We are looking for a candidate with a significant experience within a business change environment: 
 Core Skills Must be an experienced (at least 5 years) business analyst with the following core skills:

•  Planning and
•  Elicitation and group
•  Logical thinking and strong written
•  Problem resolution - using a sound understanding of business drivers and
•  Options definition and

 Role Specific Skills Must demonstrate the competency in the following areas: 

• Business process
• Design and facilitation of information and requirements gathering
• Documentation of requirements and information using standardised
• Future state
• Benefits
• Options definition and
• Information and Data analysis – to be able to make sense of large amounts of operational and strategic information within complex
• Organisational and operating model
• Business function design and development, including skills and capability
• Experience in the fields of logistics or asset management in Defense Sector

The role is based in Wellington NZ

This support is required on a full time basis and is to commence as soon possible and continue until the end of December 2018 and potentially beyond.
