Due to  GROWTH  within the  ANZ region an exceptional opportunity exists for a ' Client Success Manager' to join an award winning Global IT Vendor within their highly successful  GLOBAL sales team !

In this role you will:
 
• Build strong, trusted, and influential relationships with Enterprise level customers focused on maximizing
value, expanding usage, and retaining existing business
• Proactively offer tailored advice and insights to the customer in order to help them maximize current ROI.
• Engage in open dialogue with customers regarding ways to improve and expand user engagement, and to
solicit feedback.
• Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer loyalty.
• Work with clients and assist in their training and implementation
 
To secure this exciting opportunity you will need the following:
• Experience working with clients in training and implementation
• 5 years minimum experience overall in customer success, account management, or related areas
• Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills

Salary package will depend upon experience; an attractive base + super + uncapped commissions + other benefits will be on offer to attract highest quality candidates.
