Fantastic opportunity for a talented Sales Engineer to join the Mobile Product Solutions team of this Market leading electronics giant, on a permanent basis.
You will act as the SME in pre / post-sales technical support, utilising your strong technical skill-set, excellent communication skills and driven personality to improve the close ratio of the ongoing pipeline
What you will be doing
- Assisting BDM to develop effective tailored solutions in your field of expertise
- Expand the company presence in specific vertical markets
- Build strong relationships, encouraging strong relationships with partners and key clients
- Provide technical training to both internal sales team and channel partners to assist in the sales process.
- Locate and work with Key partners to develop turnkey solutions.
- On-going technical support including training for the sales team, end users and channel partners
What you will ideally have
- Excellent communication skills, customer focus, leadership potential
- Engineering Degree & IT Certificate (eg, MCSE, Network A+)
- 3yrs IT support experience (Network Administrator or equiv.)
- Installation, integration, technical support and other pre-sales activities
- Experience in IP networks & operations system image creation & development.
- A passion for technology and drive for success
- Ideally mobile solutions experience
