About the ROLE:

1. Work with Product Managers, Business Owners and other senior stakeholders to explore new features, and create & refine the product backlog
2. Manage features through Agile delivery lifecycle (Scrum) including participating in and facilitating ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-up, sprint review, retrospective, etc.)
3. Plan, execute and monitor business analysis activities. Including selection and use of effective business analysis techniques to envisage, elicit, analyse, model and communicate features
4. Specify data requirements; analyse data structures, perform data modelling, data mapping and business rules analysis
5. Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams (digital delivery Scrum teams, data scientists, vendors, UX/UI, etc.) to manage dependencies and support feature delivery
6. Identify, remove and escalate team impediments/risks. Regularly review team performance and take corrective action where activity is deviating from plan. Provide advice and direction to management on project issues.
7. Continually improve and evolve agile development practices and tools to drive the team productivity. Put in place measurement criteria and provide recommendations to maximise productivity.
8. Develop strong stakeholder relationships, manage stakeholder expectations and regularly communicate with stakeholders. Create presentations and present to various stakeholder groups to convey concepts, ideas and details

About YOU:

• Strong business analysis skills
• Experience in data (big data, business intelligence, predicative analytics, etc.) and Digital (web, mobile, app, email/SMS, call centre, etc.).
• Have a can-do attitude and display a sense of ownership and responsibility for outcomes
• Comfortable with ambiguity
• Works effectively both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
• Must be a good communicator, leader and motivator
• Uses sound judgment and business acumen to identify issues and escalates when appropriate
• Embody a culture of continuous technical and business improvement
• Drives focused decisions within specific areas and acts as a key contributor to decisions beyond specific scope of role
