Our Client is a reputable and very well established leader in their field of software development, providing innovative solutions to a niche industry sector. With a very strong market presence both in Australia and globally, along with an innovative and progressive approach, here is an exceptional opportunity to join their National team.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to promote the Company's industry leading CRM to existing clients (i.e. using related platforms) as well as developing new business where applicable.  Specifically, your duties will include:
  • Planning and executing direct sales & marketing activities working to agreed budgets, sales volumes and timescales
  • Maintaining and developing a customer and prospect database
  • Developing ideas and creating offers for direct mail and marketing to target potential accounts
  • Developing marketing and presentation materials to support marketing and sales activities
  • Developing and managing relationships with industry partners
  • Seeking out related opportunities; networking with individuals and groups of potential clients as well as partner organisations
  • Responding to and following up sales enquiries by post, email, telephone and via client visits
  • Maintaining and developing existing customers through support and liaisons with management and staff
  • Monitoring and reporting on activities and providing feedback to management
  • Carrying out market and competitor research as well as customer surveys
  • Working closely across teams to perform duties and aid business and company development
To be considered for this role you will have strong knowledge of technology along with a personal disposition well suited to Sales and Client Relations.  You will be driven and motivated to develop new business from a warm prospect base and have the ability to work well in a team.

A high level of computer competency is essential and you will have the ability to communicate in a courteous and professional manner at all levels of business both internally and externally, with strong written and spoken English skills.

Remuneration is dependent on experience however $70,000 - $80,000 + Superannuation + Commission (OTE $110,000 - $120,000) could be considered as a guide. This is a National role that will require travel within Sydney (a car allowance can be built into the remuneration package) and periodic interstate travel will also be expected.
