Requirements:
⬝ 3+ years experience leading high performing DevOps teams, working closely with both Development and Operations teams
⬝ Experience managing and developing teams, providing technical leadership, overseeing performance targets
⬝ Experience working across different public, private and hybrid cloud environments 
⬝ Solid knowledge of designing and building highly available, secure, robust and scalable infrastructure solutions
⬝ Working knowledge of logging, monitoring, performance tools
⬝ Hands on and working knowledge of scripting technologies 
⬝ Strong knowledge of databases 
⬝ Good exposure to and knowledge of automation tools 
⬝ Strong working knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes
⬝ Strong working knowledge of Agile
⬝ Solid knowledge managing production environments and large scale deployments
⬝ Strong communication skills across both business and technical stakeholders
⬝ Ability to collaborate or work autonomously 
⬝ Strong problem solving skills and high attention to detail
⬝ Consulting experience - desirable
