About the Role
The Project Manager (PM) is a member of the Business Delivery team within the Corporate Super, Product performance unit.
Business Delivery oversees all change impacting Corporate Super and is accountable for prioritising, delivery and the safe landing of change into the Corporate Super environment. Specifically, we focus on the transitioning of new business and implementing client-initiated change. We are also responsible for driving a lower operational risk profile and building a strong culture of continuous improvement in a product-agnostic environment.
Corporate Super, Product is part of the boarder Customer Products & Services portfolio and specifically focuses on meeting Corporate Super customer needs with market leading solutions. Our Performance Unit owns the strategic direction of Corporate Super and Insurance in Super products, including delivery of key initiatives to support and enable the broader Super and Investments strategy.
A PM provides Corporate Super with capabilities in project management in the business domains of corporate super, pensions, group insurance and financial advice.
The PM will be involved in various types of initiatives, including: new client onboarding, corporate super plan changes, product changes, regulatory changes and member experience enhancements.
About You
As the successful candidate you will have:
- An unparalleled understanding in project management methodologies tools and processes across the project lifecycle, in particular the Project Management Body of Knowledge
- Experience in Banking and/or Financial Services
- A tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, Economic
- A project management professional with an AIPM Certified Practicing Project Manager (CPPM), PMI Project Management Profes
