Your new company
A private sector giant who are going through major transformation across their business are looking for an experienced Change Lead to work across their Procurement stream and drive change across this part of the business. This is for minimum of six months and is going to have likelihood of extension. Change Experts who have worked in Change Lead roles previously will be considered.
What you'll need to succeed
- Upgrade eProcurement systems and enable sustainable business, people and process change. Improve user experience, process efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement function as a strategic partner
- Implement a standardised contract management and (external) partner management framework with a supporting programme to drive capability uplift across the organisation
- Review and refine end-to-end Supply Chain operation model with a focus on cross-divisional interfaces to streamline internal processes and operating model to remove duplication and inefficient processes
- Standardise and simplify recruitment processes and services for engaging contingent labour. Implement a Vendor Management System and Managed Service Provider to deliver improved systems and processes for contingent labour hire across the organisation
- Develop foundational change management understanding and skills within the procurement team
- Coach and guide the leadership team to sponsor and drive change and enable leader-led change
