The Role
We are a mid tier law firm providing legal advice in insurance law, health law, corporate and commercial law, employment law, commercial litigation and dispute resolution. At Meridian, we have a unique and genuine dedication to reaching the best possible outcomes for our clients.
The Project Manager will report to the Operations Manager, and be part of a fast paced team based in our Sydney Head Office.
You will be responsible for delivering successful outcomes for the business via effective and pragmatic project management. This digital transformation agenda is a uniquely complex activity in our organisation and will require unprecedented coordination of people, processes and technologies alongside changes in our culture and ways we work. Your experience in influencing people and change will be pivotal to the success of this transformation. The role will be given license to work with staff from across the business to successfully scope and deliver projects on time and within budget, your proven ability to navigate and engage stakeholders at all levels will drive your success in this regard.
About you
We are looking for someone who is passionate about and immersed in all things digital. You will know online inside out and define yourself as someone who is always looking for the next best thing in terms of digital innovation that is fit for purpose. Your experience managing projects across various digital channels and associated online capability will be integral to your success. Knowledge of operations in a Legal environment and working with vendors to identify solutions will be part of your repertoire.
You are confident in an Agile environment including visual work management, principles and methodologies. You rely on Prince 2 or PMBOK methodologies to drive best practice and are comfortable working in a hands on role.
