Bring your strong technical skillset and in-depth knowledge of Salesforce to help an innovative team within our Banking and Financial Services team.
In this role you will act as a bridge between our product and build teams and assist in the traceability of stories, identify business rules and constraints and support testers and developers pre and during build. As our Business Analyst, you are responsible for driving efficiency and best practise across our sales teams using Salesforce Cloud ecosystem. You will work closely with the Product Owner to refine the backlog and to meet process requirements, deliverables and deadlines.
This role would be suited to a candidate with strong Salesforce knowledge with a particular focus on how this can be applied to sales processes, e.g. Lead, pipeline and customer management, sales reporting, forecasting and sales productivity. As an experienced Business Analyst, you possess exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills and a self-starter attitude.
Banking and Financial Services Group (BFS) is the primary relationship manager for Macquarie's retail client base in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, North America and Europe. Products and services include wealth management, stockbroking and retail lending and banking solutions such as residential and commercial mortgages, investment lending, personal loans, credit cards and relationship banking to businesses and professionals.
The Product & Technology team, a division within BFS, brings together all of BFS' product teams allowing us to better harness the expertise of our product specialists and build strength by leveraging origination across all divisions.
The Salesforce Sales & Marketing team, within the Product & Technology division, is responsible for delivering solutions and process improvements that align with BFS objectives and using the Salesforce Cloud ecosystem, in particular Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Pardot.
