A unique opportunity exists for you to join a small and committed team working with Salesforce, the world’s leading CRM, G-Suite and other online applications.
The Australian Catholic Bishops Conference is seeking a committed and tech-savvy person to join our Digital Technology Office to help with the development and user adoption of these exciting technologies. Central to the role will be ongoing training and development so you will stay on top of the game. This is therefore an amazing career opportunity.
As the Digital Technology Officer, you will work with the Digital Strategy Manager, Web Developer and other members of the General Secretariat to:
- Provide system administrator service to ACBC agencies in Salesforce and other on-line applications such as G-Suite
- Develop and apply Salesforce applications and promoting user adoption
- Process donations in Salesforce and on-line shop sales
- Provide a help desk service
- Assist with the development and maintenance EDMs (electronic direct mails), social media and online advertising
- Maintain a currency of your digital technology skills

You will have training and/or demonstrated experience in using digital technologies, a passion for the digital world, the ability to problem solve and work independently, and excellent time management. Experience working with a CRM is essential and a working knowledge of Salesforce would be a distinct advantage.
