About the Role

We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide Level 1 Support to our Financial Services Client. Based on our client’s site in North Sydney, you will be handling calls and tickets in a Windows 10 Environment. This is a 3 month contract with a possible extension.
 

Day to Day Duties will include, but not limited to the following:

  • Handling calls and providing 1st level support to internal users - around 1800 end users - across 2 sites in Sydney
  • Raising tickets and escalating to 2nd line support
  • Utilizing Service Now and Heat for the ticketing system
  • Shift rotations (8am - 4pm)

 

Skills & Experience

To successfully support this system you will need:

  • Windows 10
  • Office 365
  • Service Now
  • Experience working on a service desk in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • The ability to handle Level 1 IT queries
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal


As well as the ability to commence before June 1st 2018
