IT Project Officer with business analysis skills required for multiple government contract jobs in Hobart.
Your new company
Hays are working with a number of government agencies who have an increased demand for IT project skills. As a result of increased demand we are looking to recruit a number of positions with skills in Project Management and Business Analysis.
Your new role
You will be required to lead and support a range of project and business activities to develop an agency specific business model.
- You will be required to develop business requirements including workflow processes and policy and procedure documents.
- Undertake impact assessments for potential changes to the business (policies, procedures, IT Systems or reporting)
- Undertake system analysis and develop solutions
- Build and manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll have experience or knowledge in:
- Business Analysis techniques
- Project management methodologies
- Understand change management principles and awareness of User Based Design principles.
- A minimum two years work experience in a similar role
What you'll get in return
Currently there are multiple fixed term positions ranging from 6 to 12 months with salaries ranging from $70,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation. You will benefit from flexible working arrangements and be accompanied by like-minded individuals supporting you.
