IT Support Officer job in Melbourne CBD on supporting standard MS environment L1 and L2 nationally
Your new company
A Government organisation in Melbourne CBD requires an IT Support Officer for a 9 month contract to start at short notice.
Your new role
In this supportive team going through significant levels of change, you will be responsible for:
- troubleshooting level 1 and 2 IT issues
- Supporting Active Directory, Exchange and Office Applications
- Handling Windows 7 and 10 issues
- Liaising with 3rd party providers
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Solid experience handling level 1 and 2 IT support issues in an ITIL environment
- Experience supporting AD, Exchange, Windows and bespoke applications
- Excellent customer engagement and working in a calm and professional manner
- Your immediate availability
