We support a wide variety of projects, journeys, and experiments, across digital design, spatial design, and service design. Your new job

We're looking for a UX Designer to be part of our awesome Experience Design team. You will:

  • Create best in class, usable and accessible user experiences for products, services, and features that our customers use every day
  • Design experiences through task analysis, flows, information architecture, and screen interactions
  • Shape products in a way that is the most desirable for customers, while considering business needs and technology opportunities
  • Conduct research and co-design with customers to further define solutions, and validate the preferred solution through customer testing
  • Work with dynamic, cross-functional teams, who keep the customer at the centre of the process and deliver change

Experience and skills you'll need

1-3 years of experience in a UX role, demonstrating:

  • Working knowledge of design processes, methodologies and principles
  • Good communication and presenting skills
  • Ability to analyse requirements and recommend change for a digital services where necessary
  • Participation in design critiques, facilitating co-design sessions and retrospectives with members of design teams and other stakeholders
  • Good experience design skills to create artefacts such as task and user flows, information architectures, wireframes, and low to medium fidelity designs
  • Can work within agile environments, using relevant practices and principles such as: Lean UX, Minimum Viable Product, User stories, Acceptance criteria, Rapid Prototyping
  • Skills in design tools such as Sketch, Zeplin, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite
