ERP Business Analyst to drive the implementation of Infor ERP in a greenfield environment
Your new company
One of Australia’s largest independent retailers is offering a 2 year fixed term contract for an experienced ERP Business Analyst. They are embarking on a major ERP implementation project to ensure the sustainability of the business long term. They have selected Infor M3 ERP to implement and are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with Infor experience to assist in the implementation. They are passionate about their employees and support a collaborative team environment.
Your new role
In this position you will provide ERP system support, functional and technical advice and recommendations on the ERP business solution Infor. You will be responsible for providing a high level of process analysis, documentation, configuration and implementation services to facilitate the implementation and management of the new ERP system. You will work with the business to ensure a smooth transition to new processes and provide post-implementation support as required. You will be dealing with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and must be able to consult and facilitate open communication to key stakeholders to analyse business requirements, consider options and negotiate. In this role, you are required to meet deadlines and therefore must have strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure. You will be required to provide leadership to deliver business solution initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven extensive Business Analyst experience
- Knowledge of Infor ERP is essential
- End to end Infor M3 ERP implementation experience
- Previous retail experience, FMCG or logistics/supply chain experience is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent people skills with a strong internal and external customer focus
- Outstanding negotiation skills
- You must be committed to the organisations values and goals
- Motivated and driven to meet and exceed expectations
