Senior Integration Test Consultant
Revolution IT is Asia Pacific's leading IT consulting and Application Lifecycle Management solutions provider. We are currently looking for a Senior Integration Test Specialist to join our Sydney Team on a high profile project starting ASAP. You will be representing Revolution IT on a complex project in the financial services/insurance sector.
This role will suit a passionate hands on individual with a great attitude, the ability to communicate well and demonstrate their expertise in a team environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience in testing
- Relevant tertiary education and ISTQB certification
- Good knowledge on the concepts of the SDLC, as well as Bug/Defect life cycle and defect tracking and management
- Solid Back End Testing experience by writing and executing SQL Queries
- Experience with Postman
- Have a consulting mentality, and the ability to integrate quickly into complex and challenging environments
- Hands-on knowledge in ETL/DWH testing
- A proven ability to solve technical problems and implement innovative solutions
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience in presenting to stakeholders at all levels
Role Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of testing and bug defect tracking/management.
- Developing SQL Scripts for new and existing database/systems
- Creating business validations for different source systems and policy structures
- Data Analysis, Data Validation, Data Cleansing, Data Verification and identifying data mismatch
- Liaising with the Business/Technical team
- Coordinating with the test environment team for the environment readiness for every release.
