What we're hoping you'll do most of the time: 

• Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing software and systems.
• Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes.
• Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve functionality-related issues and bugs in our software and systems.
• Contribute to the design, specification, development, testing and implementation of new software systems and projects.
• Lead development of new projects and software.

The goods you'll need to bring to the table - (non negtiables in BOLD) 

• 5+ years Experience with .NET MVC, MSSQL, NHibernate, RabbitMQ, SOLR
• Experience with AWS, EC2, API Gateway, Lambda
• Experience developing RESTful APIs
• 1+ years Experience with DevOps (CI & CD) would be advantageous
• Experience with writing Unit Tests
• Experience with using Git source control & Jira
• A reputation for clear and logical thinking (we need you to be a smart cookie)
• Able to analyse a business problem in detail and make decisions that facilitate
