Dialog seeks people who have the following skills and experience:
- Extensive experience as a System Analyst
- Support improvement processes to meet business needs and provide guidance
- Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Analyse impact assessments of IT changes and produce recommendations around implementation
- Experience in large and diverse projects and programmes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with various deadlines with attention to detail
- Highly desirable experience with Agile methodology
