Your new company
A well-known Insurance organisation with ambitious growth plans. As part of new multi-year transformation, there exists an excellent opportunity for a dynamic Project Manager to join the Transformation Office.

Your new role
Joining at an early stage, a key part of your role will be effective senior management engagement and close collaboration with the business. Using an Agile approach you will lead all aspects of the project lifecycle including preparing business cases and project plans, allocating resources and developing and managing budgets, reporting and continuous project monitoring to assist in the delivery of this major transformation of work.

What you'll need to succeed

• A successful track record delivering digital projects in blue chip organisations, ideally in Insurance
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently is essential
• Experience with agile methods and user-centred design, and helping stakeholders understand and adopt new standards and practices
• PMP certified
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to be a change evangelist and bring the business on a journey of change

• Experience in delivering Analytics and Compliance projects will be highly regarded
