About the role:

You’ll provide core support and day to day management of Momentum’s digital assets including the sales site and other digital initiatives, and you’ll be responsible for content management, digital asset creation (documents, images, etc.), email marketing and on-going analysis/reporting.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Content authoring and creation. You’ll be the subject matter expert for the CMS across the business. You’ll create landing pages, online competitions, general content updates and online sign up product changes.
  • Email Marketing creation and execution using Marketing Automation software.
  • Ensure all code within the CMS, external pages and emails is best practice, lean and clean and supports responsive design. You’ll have solid HTML, HTML5, CSS skills. Basic JavaScript required.
  • Create digital assets including website and email imagery, layouts, wireframes, banner ads, A/B testing and personalisation assets when required.
  • Testing issues/requests coming from customers and the business to determine where fixes are required (experience with Salesforce is an advantage)
  • Testing new features with the development team before presenting to the Senior Digital Strategy Manager.
  • Reporting support for digital metrics using Google Analytics.
  • Managing relationships both internally and externally.
  • Maintaining compliance obligations on the site at all times.

About you:
You are a hands-on digital producer, with a creative flair showcased through strong UX and front end coding. You are passionate about maintaining and driving change to acquire new customers in a highly competitive industry. You have a good understanding of different digital technologies (eg CMS, CRM, Analytics, Email) and are not afraid to learn new ones. You are experienced in supporting the development of new features from inception to release to customers (including testing), and you will be experienced in working closely with internal teams including developers.
