The Customer Service and Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Being the main point of contact for customers

  • Responding to all phone and email enquires

  • Working off a shared inbox

  • Processing all sales orders

  • Managing social media channels for the local office

  • Assisting in electronic mail outs

  • Working within a fast paced and high performing team

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar position

  • Experience in processing orders from end to end
