The Customer Service and Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Being the main point of contact for customers
- Responding to all phone and email enquires
- Working off a shared inbox
- Processing all sales orders
- Managing social media channels for the local office
- Assisting in electronic mail outs
- Working within a fast paced and high performing team
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar position
- Experience in processing orders from end to end
- Experience in a fast paced working environment
- Working knowledge of EDM and social media platforms
- Professional phone manor
