The Role
This role is an integral part of the business as you will be responsible for providing written specifications and quotes for modifications and enhancements to the ERP application.
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Liase with customers (end users) and internal team to clarify requirements and provide input for proposed solutions
- Perform second-evel testing of system changes
- Assist the support team with complex questions and queries
- Present solutions and provide options / alternatives for clients
- Develop specifications that document system changes
- Accurate time estimates and progress reports
- Working closely with team leads and development team
What is required to be successful:
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Experience working within a Business Analyst position, ideally within Software
- Able to work as part of a team and independently
- Strong time management
- Experiencing with quotes and reporting
- High attention to detail
- Good understanding of accounting and business operation concepts
