RESCON Builders is a residential construction company with a strong focus in developing in-house systems to help automate and revolutionize construction as we know it.
Job brief
We are looking for a System Analyst to implement and improve our IT systems. You will analyze system requirements, address any relevant problems while working closely with senior management to develop its ambitious roadmap.
As a system analyst, you will be joining a team who are passionate about new IT systems and software development. If you are also interested in discovering and implementing new features, have a background in back end / front end development and a thirst for agile management then we would like to meet you.
This role has a strong focus on integration, block chaining of SaS application and spearheading the development of custom LOB applications specific to the construction industry.
Ultimately, you should be able to translate our internal clients’ needs into new high-quality IT systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage external consultants, contractors and internal IT staffing resources.
- Examine and evaluate current systems & requirements
- Liaise with users to track additional requirements and features
- Documentation of all systems
- Collaborate with IT team and developers to produce new systems
- Validate changes by testing programs
- Train users on the new operation systems and provide support
- Ensure deadline and budget requirements are met
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and technical developments
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a system analyst
- Hands on experience with software development and documentation
- Solid knowledge of business information systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Stack
- Familiarity with programming languages like C#, SQL, Dax
- Ability to explain technical details
- Excellent analytical skills
- A good problem-solving attitude
- A degree in Computer Science or relevant field

- Microsoft Technologies (Microsoft SQL Server, Azure, Logic Apps, MS Flow, Sharepoint, SSIS, Power BI)
- Integration (JSON, Zapier, API development)
- Source Control & Agile Development (VSTS)
- Any REVIT\BIM experience is a plus
