Exciting opportunity with a large-scale industry leader who is continuing to grow their business and invest in new initiatives!
Great chance for a mid-level Procurement Analyst or Finance Analyst (who is looking to move into the procurement space) to secure a Melbourne based contract which has the potential to turn into a permanent role.
The successful applicant will join a close knit procurement team and will assist with market intelligence data management, spend analytics, compliance and sustainability reporting along with managing internal and external procurement portals.
In addition to procurement or finance analysis skillsets you will possess SAP systems exposure, advanced level MS Excel skills along with specific Ariba or Tableau/Business intelligence tool experience.
Key skills, previous experience and responsibilities will include yet are not limited to:
• 2+ years Proven procurement or finance analysis experience
• Understanding of procurement methodologies gained across large scale corporate environments
• Experience providing weekly, monthly, annual and ad hoc reports
• Able to develop and maintain excellent relationships with business stakeholders and vendors if required
• SAP, Ariba, Tableau and Fieldglass reporting experience preferred
• Advanced MS Excel skillsets (formulas/calculations etc)
• Experience in contract preparation, contract negotiation/execution, contract management, supplier development and management
• Solid skills in the producing and analysing procurement/spend reporting
• If from a finance background then large scale project accounting experience would be an advantage
• Experience maintaining SharePoint with relevant contracts/documentation is preferred
