Project Coordinator to help drive a major Infor ERP implementation for a successful independent retailer.
Your new company
One of Australia’s largest independent retailers is offering a 2 year fixed term contract for an experienced ERP Project Coordinator. They are embarking on a major ERP implementation project to ensure the sustainability of the business long term. A key element to the project is to deliver a system platform to support it. Your new role
The Project Coordinator will provide essential support to the project, working closely with the Project Manager and the other team members to achieve project success. In this role, you will be responsible not only for scheduling regular meetings, recording decisions and ordering resources but also setting time frames and goals. You will be required to prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders and conduct risk analyses reviews and follow up. It is imperative that you monitor project progress and address potential issues as well as track expenses and predict future cost. In addition to these core responsibilities, you will be required to measure and report on the projects performance.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience project scheduling with MS Project
- Extensive experience in planning, implementing and evaluating ERP projects
- High level of stakeholder engagement
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to prioritise and strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong personality to get things done
- Ability to work under pressure
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- Pro-active individual and a lateral thinker
- Confident, mature and professional attitude
- Previous Retail, FMCG or logistics/supply experience is desirable
