We have an outstanding opportunity for several Integration Developers for business and consulting services to join this leading organisation and work across a large program.

Key Responsibilities;

• Create easy-to-understand, well-documented APIs
• Spot potential design/coding gaps and risks (and assess their impact).
• Deliver solutions across a range of feature requests and integrations.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with different areas of the business
• Keep records via JIRA and GitHub, and other documenting systems (Confluence, SharePoint)
• Make significant design decisions and recognise when changes need to be made.
• Develop SOAP & RESTful web services
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by a front-end developers with server side logic
• Ensure development is maintainable, reusable and meets quality and coding standards
• Work with Solution Leads and Development Lead to provide solutions to business requirements
• Perform code reviews and mentoring

Required Experience;

• Minimum of 6 years experiences as Java Back End Developer. Good understanding of Object Oriented Concepts 
• Must have strong background as a NodeJS developer
• Good understanding of SOAP and RESTful web services is mandatory
• Experience working with JIRA, GIT and Continuous Integration is mandatory.
• Good understating of utility frameworks such as Jackson, Joda, Guava and Apache commons
• Good understanding of JUNIT & Mockito frameworks
• Should be able to write efficient SQL
• Experience working in an agile environment, working within sprints to deliver outcomes.
•  Personable, ability to build relationships with team members and stakeholders to effectively work together and influence and guide decision making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to clearly articulate and convey ideas.
• Self-starter able to organise and manage tasks and stakeholders based on outcome priorities. Able to organise, drive and guide initiatives to delivery goals.
• Make significant design decisions and recognise when changes need to be made.
