An opportunity has become available within a professional services firm for an experienced business analyst to join their team to add depth to their client offering in terms of data protection and security, who is a major industry player within mining and metals.
You would be required to perform the following duties daily:
• Deliver integration requirements regarding Windows and ServiceNow with the assistance of relevant third-party tools.
• Originate model requirements and ensure clarity and congruence with underlying business requirements and detailed documentation.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure the project requirements meet all the business needs and that they are clearly communicated to members of the project team.
• Assist with implementation of the design as well as testing activities to ensure rigidity of the model.
• Ensure compliance with relevant statutory, environmental and health & safety laws.
The ideal candidate for this role would have experience in the following areas:
• Prior experience within service management and business analysis within a large scale corporate environment.
• Exposure to mining and metals or relevant industries.
• Proven experience in gathering requirements, design, implementation, and execution of solutions.
