A contract opportunity currently exists within our highly skilled IT Department as Manager, SharePoint Solutions. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Development and Support this role is primarily responsible for leading a small team of technical specialist in in the development, architecture and integration of NPBS software systems primarily in SharePoint. This role is ultimately accountable for the performance and results for all NPBS SharePoint development, system design and architecture and the performance of the SharePoint Developer. 

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have: 

• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology and/or relevant work experience;
• Proven experience in successfully leading and motivating a team to meet deadlines;
• Ability to implement and develop banking and financial information systems;
• Demonstrated experience in planning, developing and supporting an enterprise level SharePoint system;
• Proven ability in managing multiple activities across multiple project teams; and
• Experience in Application / Enterprise Architecture.
  

This is a parental leave contract based in our Head Office in Newcastle.
