Major MSP provider, proudly Australian owned and operated is seeking a service desk analyst to provide level 1 and level 2 support to it's mid market customer base. 20 offices nationally. Superb opportunity to work in Richmond and build your knowledge for your future career and build knowledge around cloud technology in a good team environment!

The role

Remote support of client needs. 

4 days on and 4 days off.

12 hour shifts, based in Richmond office

$60,000 basic plus super per annum (starting salary)

Progression towards your MCSE and ITIL foundation certificate. 

What we are looking for to get you an interview. 

6 months minimum service desk experience. 

Good communication skills over the phone and in person

Knowledge of basic computer hardware

Application support experience with Microsoft Outlook, Office, and some experience with Windows desktop systems (XP, Vista, Win 7 and Win 8)

Advantageous - Active directory, M/S exchange and Citrix knowledge.
