Our client is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager Lead. Knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management is preferred.

You will have:

5+ years experience as a delivery manager
12 Years Overall IT experience
It Infrastructure Background
Expert ITIL Knowledge (Certified if Possible)
PR or Citizenship (No Visa Sponsorship available)
Knowledge in maintaining the SOW compliance and deliver the agreed SLA’s / KPI
Service Management or Support in a large-scale and diverse environment of incident management, escalation procedures and related disciplines
Security Compliance and Audit Experience

Location: Sydney
Duration: Permanent
