Reporting to the IT and Technical Services Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out repairs, support and installations for all printers and software remotely across all brands.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Product testing
  • Customer focus
  • Leadership
  • In-house printer service/repair
  • Product support (hardware and software)
  • Product R&D
  • Customer printer service/repairs

The successful candidate must have :

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with repairs, Level 2 IT experience and hardware troubleshooting
  • Hands on technical experience with hardware
  • Experience in troubleshooting software issues
  • Initiative
  • Strong internal and external customer focus
  • A clear and professional phone manner
  • An ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Candidates with an IT or engineering background will be highly regarded.
