Oakton's a consulting and technology firm founded in 1988 and more recently joined the Dimension Data Group. Our business is collaborating with clients to create technology solutions to give them a distinct advantage in today’s rapidly changing world and allow them to engage with their customers in a more rewarding way.

We are looking to increase our ability to support our teams and clients by bringing an additional Agile Coach into our Digital Advisory practice. You will be responsible for teams with developing and understanding Agile ways of working to create high impact solutions and services for both private and the public sector used by millions of people every day. You will work closely with other Agile Coaches to continuous improve our knowledge and application of Lean and Agile approaches.

Your job duties will be:

•Support and guide the delivery of digital projects/programs

•Lead and sustain the disciplined application of Agile ways of working with multi-disciplinary teams

•Mentor and coach teams and clients in implementation of agile ways of working

•Facilitate workshops and training for our staff and our clients

•Support enterprises with scaling their Agile approach

•Help organisations establish the right processes for managing portfolios and programs of work in an Agile way.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

•Experience of a similar role(s) for a least 5 years, ideally within a Digital Agency or Consultancy

We are looking for Agile Coaches with the following:

•Proven experience coaching teams using a variety of Agile approaches including approaches that do not include Scrum

•Proven experience using and embedding Lean thinking into organisations

•Proven experience transforming teams of teams to Agile ways of working

•Proven experience delivering formal and informal training

•An understanding of a consulting, and coaching approach and when to use each

•Agile qualification or extensive experience.

•Hands on experience on large government transformation programs

•Highly developed client engagement skills at an executive level

•Proven ability to effectively work across multiple projects and teams

•Continuous professional development for both coaching and Lean Agile thinking
