The Opportunity
Due to a period of advanced growth, BAPL currently has opportunities for experienced Senior Business Analysts.
BAPL works with numerous high-profile national clients and can offer exposure to a wide variety of initiatives across a broad cross-section of industries.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ YEARS EXPERIENCE delivering Business Analysis services in large, complex organisations
- 5+ years experience in business process analysis and modelling and workflows essential
- Experience with requirements elicitation and management essential
- Agile experience essential
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all enterprise levels
- An ability to prepare for and facilitate face to face workshops essential
- A strong ability to estimate, plan and manage business analysis work schedules
- A strong quality orientation across a wide range of Business Analysis techniques and deliverables
- Demonstrated experience working with mobile, web and tablet projects
- Ability to collaborate with UX specialists, developers & testers
Education & Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or relevant higher education qualification preferred
