The Intelledox Digital Transformation Centre (IDTC) works closely with business areas across the Australian National University to coordinate the design and delivery of automated, standardised and streamlined business processes. The primary focus is on transitioning from complex manual processes to fully digitalised, dynamic eForm solutions supported by seamlessly integrated technology.
The successful applicant will play a vital role in assisting the team with development of technical solutions to facilitate process improvement initiatives that directly contribute to improved service outcomes and customer satisfaction as part of the University’s service improvement agenda. The right person will have strong analytical and programming skills, combined with a highly collaborative approach, working closely with the Director, Senior Technical Lead and the Intelledox Digital Transformation Centre team to provide technical solutions facilitating the successful delivery of enterprise-wide business transformation projects.
