You will join a small, friendly and innovative client as they embark on growing their member base, adopting DIGITAL initiatives. The role will suit someone who enjoys plenty of variety. You will bring new ideas to the table, build a partnership with the business and lead a small team of mid-level BA's and testers.
As this is a newly defined role we require someone who is capable of owning and driving the BA team. This requires you to contribute your ideas and implement processes to have have effective model for client engagement throughout business case formulation and partnering with project delivery team in an AGILE environment.
Key Activities- Develop and implement an engagement and consulting framework
- Immediately build a great "client service" relationship between the business and IT
- Work closely with the CIO in communicating IT value to the business and cement an understating of how IT can enable the business to grow through Innovation
- Working closely with Heads of Projects to deliver Business initiatives
- Ability to mentor and guide your team (approx. team of 6) including junior BA's
- Approximately 5 years in a senior IT Business Analysis Role
- Strong appreciation of business and IT Strategy
- Knowledge of emerging technology Trends
- Experience in AGILE and business process re- engineering
- Collaborative leadership style
- High level of commercial acumen
- Excellent interpersonal skills - exceptional client orientation
- Passion, drive and motivation to assist in our client's transformation journey
