Do you have a proven background in project administration with sound relationship management skills? Our client is an industry leader within the software space and is seeking a natural 'people person' to lead and nurture the transition experience for their clients.

The Role:
- Updating and processing administrative information
- Client support through inbound and follow-up phone calls
- Delivering accurate and timely resolutions to customers
- Working as part of a small, goal-driven team
You Will Have:
- An understanding of database environments
- An ability to multi-task in a busy environment
- Experience working with legal practice management systems ideal!
- Fantastic communication skills with an outgoing, motivated personality
