About the Role
NTT have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced, and customer focused Vendor Services Specialist to join our close-knit Sydney team.
This role provides a critical function in maintaining and growing the NTT ICT maintenance installed base business within our Technology Solutions Business Unit.
This function covers 2 vertical responsibilities:
- Proactive engagement with Global IT Vendors to drive a portfolio of Services
- Responsibility to manage and renew NTT customer maintenance contracts
About Your Responsibilities
The key responsibilities in this role will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide customers with timely and accurate renewal quotes and drive the renewals business
- Use specialty expertise to seek out new opportunities whilst enhancing existing renewal opportunities
- Build vendor relationships to plan and grow business opportunities through strategic alignments
- Provide a complete administrative function and activities relating to renewal quote generation on a daily basis by interacting with vendors/distributors
- Acts as a point of escalation and collaborate with other business functions to drive resolution of operational issues of high complexity, in support of the customer/partner requirements.
- Identify and drive internal projects aligning with NTT strategic objectives
About Your Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, it is essential that the you possess the following key skills and experiences:
- Vendor and/or channel experience in Vendor services is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to customers
- Excellent attention to detail skills
- Strong Word and Excel skills
