About the Role

The Change, Configuration and Release (CCR) Manager has specialist knowledge of, and is an expert in the ITIL Service Management disciplines of Change, Configuration and Release Management. This role is responsible for overseeing all Requests for Change (RFC) to both the internal Datacom environments and to designated customer environments. The primary objective of this position is to minimise the impact that Change-related activities have on service quality and consequently, to improve the day-to-day operations of both Datacom’s and our customer’s IT environments.

While the primary function of the role will be on Change, you will also be responsible for managing the end-to-end Configuration and Release processes.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

Minimum 5 years’ experience as an ITIL expert and/or Change, Configuration and Release Manager
ICT service delivery experience is desirable
In-depth knowledge of ITIL service delivery methodologies
Advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle
An understanding of Dev / Ops processes and procedures
Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams
ITIL v3 Foundation for IT Service Management
ITIL v3 Foundation Capability: Release, Control and Validation
