Responsibilities:
- You will be providing level 1 and level 2 support over the phone and face to face to thousands of users
- Logging tickets and trying to solve problems independently within a high volume environment
- Working in a team based environment assisting colleagues as required
- Supporting mainly Windows environment with the opportunity to also learn SAP
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience providing Desktop Support
- Experience supporting a Windows environment including Active Directory, Exchange, Office365 and preferably SCCM and Sharepoint
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
