We are seeking an experienced Systems Support Engineer to join a growing and successful team of a Leading Managed Services brand based in Sydney's CBD.

You will be delivering a high level of MS and Citrix Systems Engineering support to a broad range of customers remotely. As a third level position, The main emphasis will be on taking escalations from other Internal IT Staff, working on projects, servers and performing infrastructure and application upgrades.

Core Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the escalation process at all times
• Act as a primary escalation point for level 1 and 2 Support Analysts
• Develop Statements of work for project activities within existing customers
• Deliver projects and reviews successfully within existing customers
• Assist Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to manage & resolve Priority 1/2 calls 
• Provide a detailed understanding of allocated clients

Knowledge and Skills Required: 

• Experience working with Citrix (XenApp and XenServer)
• Extensive knowledge of MS technologies including but not restricted to: Server 2003 - 2012, Exchange
• Cloud platforms i.e. Azure, AWS
• VMWare
• Relevant industry certifications are expected
