Our client is a global ICT solutions provider for the public and private sectors. The requirement for Project Manager with demonstrated complex CRM implementation experience is required!

Main purpose?

• Lead project team in delivering custom development solutions (CRM, MS Dynamics 365)
• Responsible for overall performance and managing scope, cost, schedule and contractual deliverables
• Manage project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements
• Following Agile PM methodologies

To be considered for these positions, your experience and skills will encompass the following:

• Strong track record of delivering custom development solutions project (CRM, ideally MS Dynamics 365 or similar)
• Delivery of multi-million dollar implementation CRM projects
• Extensive Agile methodology projects experience
• Strong understanding and knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Utilities industry experience is a bonus!
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written as well as presentation skills
• Problem and Change management
• Excellent project planning, budget, scoping, costing and scheduling ability
• MS Project or similar
