About the Role
Brand new opportunity for a skilled Decisioning Architect to join our Customer Experience Transformation programme. As the successful candidate you will enjoy defining the end to end solution architecture to support decisioning use case deployment whilst specifically focusing on addressing integration requirements. On top of this you will collaborate with digital, cloud, data, SAP, enterprise, networking and security to create the necessary architectural design artefacts and guide teams to ensure the end to end solution architecture is achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that the solutions in your area of accountability (i.e. Digital) are delivered to a high level of quality so that they can deliver the expected business outcomes.
- Proactively review designs, work in progress and final products. Identify end to end dependencies to ensure epics and features are appropriately sequenced.
- Assist the Solution Design Manager to assess estimates and solutions proposed by partners and third party entities engaging in work with AGL.
- Ensure alignment with business strategy and direction and ensuring good practice in implementation of solutions. Serve as a resolution and escalation point for solution quality issues during the implementation of solutions.
About You
- A track record of designing and implementing high quality solutions with deep understanding of system integration techniques.
- Digital domain expertise: mobile apps, websites, Content Management System (CMS), responsive websites, API management and personalization.
- Experience with Customer experience platforms (which could include but is not limited to Sitecore, Adobe, PEGA, Hybris), in particular demonstrated experience with personalisation capability.
- Previous experience working in an agile team utilizing the scrum tool set and scaled agile framework (SAFe)
