PM-Partners has multiple opportunities for Technical Leads based on site with a reputable Financial Services client. You will lead Technical delivery with both the business and technical team on programs of work in Infrastructure Security or Superannuation platform migration.
This a 12 month rolling contract working out of the CBD or Kogarah depending on your experience in infrastructure or superannuation.
Your day to day will be:
- Lead a technical team and provide hands on technical leadership
- Engage with both the business unit and technical team to design and deliver technical solutions
- Provide technical or domain advice to the business and wider IT community
- Track solutions through all phases and escalate issues
- Implement and set direction for consistent use of tools, methods and processes
To be considered for this position you will have experience and strengths in the following:
- 5+ years minimum experience as a Technical Lead
- Infrastructure security or Superannuation experience, ideally within Banking and Finance
- Skilled in bridging the communications gap between technical and business unit
- A highly competent communicator who enjoys building stakeholder relationships
- Comfortable in navigating complex organisations, and engage with on and off shore teams
- Operators that are strong in systems integration & troubleshooting (analysis, problem solving and leading resolution efforts)
