Our client is in the process of a large transformation programme which requires the expertise of an experienced Project Manager.

About the role:

Large transformation programme of HR systems which involves Payroll and HCM with WorkDay.

Skills/Experience:

Tertiary Qualifications in business, Project Management or technology related fields
Minimum of 5 years Project Management experience
Good knowledge and understanding of Payroll systems, and HRIS environments and associated integrations, experience in multiple implementations of Payroll / HCM systems is essential
Strong leadership and negotiation skills
Excellent Communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple diverse teams simultaneously
Excellent ability to work efficiently, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to communicate with key stakeholders

Highly Desirable:

WorkDay implementation experience.
