About the Role
Seeking an experienced, skilled and passionate candidate to assist Hunter Primary Care in their move to consolidate multiple CRM systems to create an environment of enhanced data integration with superior user functionality.
This role will require evaluating key business functional requirements, mapping processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. Further to this there will be a significant amount of stakeholder management and engagement activities aimed at taking the team on the journey and communicating the current and future states.
You will be assisting with vendor selection, preparing project plans, managing the budgets, maintaining the risk and issues register as well as conducting project meetings. In addition you will be assisting in data migration, system configuration and UAT as well as documentation and user training.
This position reports to the Corporate Services Director but will also work closely with other business units and SMEs.
Skills & Experience Required
- Tertiary qualifications in IT or relevant related experience
- Project Management qualifications
- Demonstrated business analysis and process mapping skills
- An understanding of the disability or health care sector - desired but not essential
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Change and Project Management skills are highly desired as this role looks to cover the full project lifecycle
